This is your unique opportunity to work out in a safe One-on-One, or small class environment to get the workout that best suits you.

Pilates has an extremely flexible exercise system. It allows for a range of exercise modifications from beginning to advanced, addressing injuries and other limitations as well as assisting you in your athletic goals.

Improving core muscle control, coordination, flexibility and strength will create a balance within the body. Combined with developing proper techniques, the body will learn to move in a safer, more efficient pattern of motion. The benefits of a body trained for core strength and flexibility are many. It provides an optimal foundation for sports training and performance, good posture and overall well-being. Pilates is also an excellent basis for dealing with injury recovery and physical rehabilitation.

We will work toward a stronger core, enhance your flexibility and condition the whole body with various exercises on the equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, fitness circle, fitness ball, foam roller, balance equipment, flex bands and light weights).
