Mat
Classes are a great way get a great workout in a small, personable
group setting. All levels are welcome. If you have health concerns, more
serious back, neck or shoulder issues, a mat class may not be the best
choice for you at first. We recommend at least 5 Private Sessions, to have
a better understanding of your own abilities, limits and know how to modify
according to your own needs. Mat classes are 55min long and limited to 6
people.
